Description: National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is currently developing a Tribal Crash Reporting Toolkit that consists of: fillable-PDF crash form/database, an Officer's Instruction how guide to using the crash form/database, Data Analysis and Quality Control guide, and lastly a Facts & Fiction guide to understanding the benefits of crash data. Tune in to learn about NHTSA’s Tribal Safety Initiative and Tribal Crash Reporting Toolkit, as well as current safety program assistance, grants, and tools available to Tribes.

Sam Sinclair is a Regional Program Manager in Fort Worth, TX with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). He joined the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in September of 2011. Currently, his primary duties include the coordination of NHTSA’s grant programs with the Bureau of Indian Affairs – Indian Highway Safety Program. He also serves the regional coordinator for traffic records and impaired driving program areas. He also instructs training classes in the areas of highway safety plan development, data analysis, program management, and instructor development.
