Sam Sinclair is a Regional Program Manager in Fort Worth, TX with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). He joined the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in September of 2011. Currently, his primary duties include the coordination of NHTSA’s grant programs with the Bureau of Indian Affairs – Indian Highway Safety Program. He also serves the regional coordinator for traffic records and impaired driving program areas. He also instructs training classes in the areas of highway safety plan development, data analysis, program management, and instructor development.
